Hi! I’m Fabrizio Zandonella. I specialize in project management and have over 20 years of experience in the IT sector. I’m an expert in the Agile project management methodology and help teams and companies work more efficiently and flexibly, adopting a “Continuous Improvement” mindset and responding to change. What I love about the Agile methodology is that it focuses on people and helping them reach their full potential.
In addition to my professional experience, I’m a certified coach in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), a discipline that has allowed me to explore human potential more deeply and help people overcome their obstacles to live a more authentic and fulfilling life.
My journey has also led me to embrace the holistic disciplines that I am studying and using in my daily life: such as Reiki, radiesthesia, oracles (including I Ching), astrology, and much more, to foster connection with oneself and the natural flow of life. I am deeply passionate about personal growth, esotericism, shamanism, and psychology. I love combining these knowledges to create practical and transformative tools.
