Where the concrete meets the invisible
I have over 20 years of international experience in the IT sector. Following a technical career, I became a Project Manager specialising in Agile methodology—an approach focused on people and empowering them to reach their highest potential.
Some might think, ‘How cool,’ but… every time I came home from work, something felt off. There was a deep emptiness; I didn’t feel like I belonged, and I didn’t feel ‘nourished’ by what I was doing.
I then began my path of study in coaching, becoming certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), eventually embracing holistic disciplines that I now study and practice in my daily life, such as Reiki, radiesthesia, oracles (including the I Ching), Astrology, and much more—all to foster a connection with oneself and the natural flow of life.
From this fusion of experiences, IMM ‘In Melius Mutari’ (Changing for the Better) was born: a method that unites introspective tools, holistic practices, and Agile project management. It is designed to develop deeper awareness and implement change through structured planning and practical action.
